About the event

The BlueWater String Sextet is made up of members of the BlueWater Chamber Orchestra. Their program will feature the String Sextet in A Major, OP. 48 by Antonin Dvorak, a vibrant and folk-infused piece with a distinct Slavic character. Also in the concert are works by Tommaso Albinoni and an early composition by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. The performance will last about an hour and will be played without intermission. The performers are Diana Pepelea and Nancy Patterson, violins; Laura Shuster and Brian Slawta, violas; and Linda Atherton and Julie Myers King, cellos.

The WAC is pleased to present this program free to the public. Complimentary refreshments will be served with a cash bar, and there will be a display of art for sale.

Please join us for an exciting evening of classical music and art on the Westshore.
