Speed Draw Competition – September 2026

A fun, lighthearted and entertaining challenge to engage members with each other and the community. Event is open to interested WAC and Parma Fine Arts Council members. Join us as a participant, a spectator, or a voter. Most of all, to support the the arts on the west shore.

About the event
Artists will be given the same subject, chosen from a spin of the wheel. Each artist will then receive a twist they must include in their drawing. No reference photos, props or phones allowed - you must use your imagination. Artists will have 60 minutes to complete
their piece.
Event Day Schedule:
5:00 pm-Artists please arrive
5:20 pm-Subject will be revealed
5:25 pm- Twist will be given
5:30 pm- Speed Draw competition begins
There is a limited number of artists so sign up soon before spots fill up. Deadline for registration is Sept. 4, 2026.
